•Those wishing to pay by credit & debit card:
Initial 1 hour and fifteen minute intake session: $135 cash or check
Sessions thereafter: $100 cash or check
Please Note: Credit card fee will be added- 1.6% to 3.6% plus .25 cent fee per transaction (depending on which card is used) as charged by the charge card Merchant provider
**This office will submit for Workman’s Compensation, OUT OF NETWORK INSURANCE, Cover Colorado Insurance, and MED-PAY AUTO INSURANCE (for auto accident/trauma resolution).
*We are also a Denver Options Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Service Provider (State of Colorado TBI Fund) and will bill them directly for your approved services with authorization.
We are otherwise happy to provide you with a receipt so that you can seek all other insurance reimbursement; we will provide you with a diagnosis and treatment code if you ask.
